Ayşa Boşnak Börekçisi
Turkish
A börek and buffet spot tucked into the covered labyrinth of Kemeraltı, Ayşa has been feeding the bazaar crowd Bosnian and Ottoman staples long enough to feel like part of the architecture. The spread runs hot and cold, stuffed grape leaves through lamb stew through baklava, and you fill your own plate. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand. No reservations, so arriving early is less a suggestion than a strategy.
