The "FiLao-O-Fish" slider, a catfish riff on a certain drive-through classic, tells you everything about what Seng Luangrath is doing at this Shaw restaurant. Her Laotian cooking already had a following from Thip Khao, but this newer spot pushes wider, folding in Burmese and Thai flavors while staying loose and fun. Bon Appétit named it one of America's Best New Restaurants in 2025, and the room tends to fill fast.
