    A rotating mezze counter sets the pace at this relaxed Turkish restaurant in Bitez, just outside Bodrum. Fragrant small plates change with what's good, and the kitchen lets you pick your own portion sizes, so grazing through several dishes is the whole point. The manti, done as crispy fried filo over yoghurt and herb-laced ragout, strays from tradition in the right direction. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
