    Mandarin and lemon trees shade the terrace at this open-air Turkish restaurant in Bitez, and the menu runs to mezze and kebabs designed for sharing. The Anatolian cooking leans generous, with stuffed aubergine, flatbread piled with lamb, local cheese, and herb salad pulling most of the weight. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks: the food is serious without the bill making you do the math twice.
