    Rows of glass demijohns packed with house-infused vodkas line the bar, each one a slightly different shade of amber or red depending on what's steeping inside. This is a Polish vodka bar hiding behind a narrow Blackfriars Road frontage, opening up into a surprisingly long, modern space. The caramel and cherry infusions are the ones regulars point you toward. The vast coach-builder's dining room next door is its own operation; the bar is the move.
