Bao Toan Kitchen & Bar
Vietnamese
Bao Toan is a sit-down Vietnamese restaurant tucked into the Crosstown Concourse, a repurposed Sears warehouse, which is a very Memphis place to find banquettes this moody. The room runs dim and curvy, with hanging plants and basket lights, and the menu is built for passing small plates around. They make their own bread and noodles, and it has a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
