    A long wooden bar, green walls, and black benches tucked down a lane in the city center: Bar Soba keeps its look simple and lets a lengthy cocktail menu do the talking. The menu is divided into Mojitos, Daiquiris, long, short, straight up, and Yakuza serves, which is a category breakdown ambitious enough to require a moment with the list. Pan-Asian food runs downstairs, but the top floor splits neatly between bar and lounge for those who showed up to drink.
