Paesano is a Neapolitan pizza shop done with real conviction, spread across three Glasgow locations, with an industrial room, open kitchen, and trattoria tables packed shoulder-to-shoulder. No reservations, so a queue is part of the deal, though the operation moves fast enough that you'll barely notice.
