    A chef and brewmaster operate out of a converted post office in downtown Dundas, rotating monthly concepts through tacos and Korean barbecue while the kitchen turns out snap peas in gochujang vinaigrette and spaghettini with corn and tamarind sauce. The beer list favors local fruit and wine-barrel aging; the dulce de leche banana pudding justifies the trip alone.
