    A Michelin-starred steakhouse sitting at serious altitude inside a swanky ski hotel, and it earns every bit of that address. The room runs dark and elegant, the crowd is aprés-ski money with nowhere else to be, and the kitchen does big, beautifully grilled cuts alongside a multi-course menu that swings between refined and indulgent. The wine list is absurdly good, and the staff actually know what to do with it.
