The open charcoal grill at the center of the room does a lot of work here, both cooking the meat and explaining the whole vibe. This is a hotel restaurant in Grindelwald that leans into warm hardwood, designer lighting, and Alpine ingredients without feeling like a ski-lodge cliche. The menu runs from a proper Wiener schnitzel to signature cuts off the grill, with Swiss and French bottles handling the wine side of things.
