    Floor-to-ceiling glass puts the Eiger North Face directly in your sightline, and the kitchen doesn't try to compete with it. This fine dining restaurant in a boutique hotel leans on seasonal regional ingredients, offering a set menu or à la carte, with sharing welcome. The wine list runs to some 500 labels, a remarkable portion available by the glass, and the sommelier clearly enjoys the job. The terrace, when the weather cooperates, makes the whole thing feel slightly unreal.
