The menu at this tiny taco shop on Pulaski is exactly one thing: birria, slow-stewed goat, served bone-in or bone-out, on a plate with handmade corn tortillas or drowning in a bowl of rich consommé. That's it. The bone-in is the move, and the quesadilla is the move you make when no one's watching. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and a room where nobody's there to be seen.
