The set menu changes with the seasons, leaning on local produce from the river delta and nearby natural parks. Cabbage trinxat, stuffed peppers, crispy rice with rabbit: it reads like a Catalan grandmother's greatest hits, played with a little modern flair. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
