A modern bistro in Postojna, the town that sits above one of Europe's great cave systems, so the tourist trade is real but the kitchen ignores it. Regional dishes get a contemporary rewrite, think trout with wild asparagus or slow-cooked oxtail, and the wine list runs deeper than the room suggests, with a notable vertical of Rebula Opoka from Marjan Simčič. The set lunch is well priced, and the terrace earns its keep on a good day.
