    Mexican-inspired food in a beach town known more for its oysters and old money than its tacos. Blanco is a lively, airy restaurant in Knokke where the kitchen folds North Sea fish and European accents into a loosely Mexican frame, leche de tigre and chipotle sitting alongside whatever the coast just pulled in. Natural wine and cocktails run alongside the food, and the room draws a crowd that arrived dressed for it.
