    The terrace looks out over the Zegemeer, which is a good start. This is a brasserie inside the La Réserve hotel, running a menu of Belgian and French classics given a light, modern touch. The room seats around 120 and handles everything from a casual lunch to a proper occasion without breaking a sweat. Crêpes suzette get flambéed tableside, because some things should stay theatrical.
