    The dining room goes full white-on-white minimalism, which sounds sterile until the Amalfi Coast fills the windows and suddenly it makes sense. Bluh Furore is a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant inside the Furore Grand Hotel, with the kitchen operating under Enrico Bartolini's banner and a menu built around modern Campanian cooking. A vegetarian tasting menu runs alongside the main card.
