Carved into the cliffs above Praiano, this Forbes Five Star boutique hotel keeps the Mediterranean as the main attraction, with floor-to-ceiling windows, open terraces, and a glass elevator that refuses to let you forget the view. The all-white interiors are a deliberate move, making the cobalt sea outside look almost theatrical. A pool deck and beach club mean you could plausibly never leave, which, given the setting, seems like a reasonable life choice.
