Fine dining inside the San Pietro hotel, reached by a garden path winding past statues and terraced cliffs down to the sea, which is half the reason to come. The Belgian chef has cooked here for over two decades, and his Michelin-starred menu leans Mediterranean with a Campanian accent, moving from a starter of fresh Margherita pizza toward dishes that get progressively more playful. The organic garden supplies much of what lands on the table, and the fish tends to lead.
