A converted medieval hamlet in the Chianti hills, Borgo San Felice is a 60-room resort where the buildings were once a bakery, an olive press, and wine cellars. The vineyard is still working, the spa leans into grape-must treatments, and two restaurants keep you from ever needing to leave. Siena is close enough for a day trip, but the hot air balloon over the hills at dawn makes a reasonable argument for staying put.
