Four tables, fourteen seats, one seating at six o'clock sharp: BOU4 operates less like a restaurant and more like a dinner party you had to earn. The chef comes out of the kitchen to present each dish personally, which adds a quiet theatricality to the modern French tasting menu, four or six courses depending on your appetite, with Asian and Levantine touches woven in. The menu changes weekly. Book well ahead.
