The black sesame onigiri stuffed with aged comté is a reasonable summary of what this two-floor Asian bistro is doing in the 10th. The team behind Eels, both trained with William Ledeuil and clearly serious about the continent, turn out fragrant small plates that wander cheerfully across Asia without stopping to explain themselves. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and the kind of place that makes the neighborhood feel quietly smug.
