    Four tables in a quietly contemporary room near the Parque de Las Ciencias, and a single tasting menu that changes each season. The chef draws on French, Portuguese, and Spanish roots in equal measure, which gives the cooking a pleasantly hard-to-place character. Wine pairings are available, and a few off-menu suggestions tend to appear. Granada intimate, not Granada touristy.
