    The panoramic terrace at this fine dining restaurant faces west, so the Sardinian sunset does half the work before the food arrives. Set within the 7Pines resort above Baia Sardinia, Capogiro holds a Michelin star and runs modern Mediterranean tasting menus on refined local porcelain. The chef brings a Campanian sensibility to the island's larder, and the pasta, made with Gragnano dough, is a reason to linger over the à la carte.
