ÇARK balık Çeşme
Turkish
A family-run seafood spot tucked into a Çeşme side street, the kind of place you find by wandering rather than planning. Fish and prawns come straight off the boat at lunch, served simply enough that the Aegean does most of the talking. The mezze spreads are worth arriving hungry for, and the bread earns its keep soaking up whatever's left in the bowl. Beachy, casual, and completely unpretentious.
