There is no menu to agonize over at this modern seasonal restaurant in Frankfurt's Ostend, just a six-course surprise that changes with what's good. The kitchen bakes its own bread and builds its courses around farmers and seasons rather than trends. The room earns its keep too, a high-ceilinged corner building with original moulding that makes the whole thing feel a little like dining inside a very good idea.
