Perched in the fishing village of Lastres, this cozy regional seafood restaurant runs a traditional à la carte built around whatever came off the boats, with daily market suggestions filling in the gaps. Some of the draws, a fish and seafood caldereta or rice with lobster, need to be ordered ahead, and their cachopo won Spain's inaugural cachopo competition, which is the kind of footnote that tends to follow a dish forever.
