Bougainvillea drapes the front of this Ensenada courtyard restaurant, where wood slats and old trees shade the tables. The owner's family has been making cheese in Valle de Ojos Negros for generations, and that artisanal cheese turns up on the chilaquiles at breakfast, which is the main draw. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand. Lunch runs to tostadas and cochinita pibil, all built around ranch ingredients. Casual, unhurried, and cheap enough that you'll order more than you planned.
