A farmhouse hotel on a hill ringed by nature reserve on three sides, close enough to Ibiza town that the clubs are an option, far enough that they never feel mandatory. Rooms lean rustic-meets-global, with Balearic and Balinese touches sharing space unselfconsciously, and the larger apartments add kitchenettes for guests who didn't come to be managed. Three pools, a spa, bikes for the salt flats, and a football pitch round things out for a property with only 31 rooms.
