    Two glass cubes inside the Migjorn Ibiza hotel contain a Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant that takes the island seriously, sourcing from small farms, local breeders, and the fishing community rather than the usual Balearic postcard. The chef runs two tasting menus built around marked, intense flavors and very precise sauces, the kind of cooking that makes Ibiza feel less like a party and more like somewhere people actually grow things.
