Castizo is a tapas bar in Seville, and the name is Sevillano shorthand for exactly that, so the pressure to deliver was built in. The open kitchen runs in plain view behind an L-shaped bar that wouldn't look out of place in a modern French bistro, and the sherry list is deep enough to keep you there past the point of reason.
