    A cocktail bar born from misfortune, Casual by Tayēr started as the team's answer to a fire that shuttered their original spot. Tucked inside Cato on Mercer Street, it runs as a pop-up series, each chapter riffing on a new theme through the Tayēr lens. The drinks pull from both sides of the original pairing, Tayēr's creativity meeting Elementary's precision, and the tight space puts you closer to the bartenders than almost any bar stool could.
