    Floor-to-ceiling windows face the Scheveningen marina, and the room leans hard into a look that would fit comfortably on the Hudson. The family behind it has been selling fish for generations, and the seafood restaurant reflects that: raw platters, sushi, and classically butter-fried fish share the menu. The terrace fills with the kind of crowd that dresses for the occasion without quite admitting it.
