    Enzo Ferrari bought this old farmhouse to feed his factory workers, and it has been a proper restaurant since the 1950s. Today it holds a Michelin star and runs on the creative lineage of Massimo Bottura, with his protégés reworking Emilian classics in a dining room that feels warmly, unapologetically vintage. The tortellini are the thing to order, and the wine list leans generously toward by-the-glass pours.
