The format is mix-and-match: you pick from imaginative small dishes and assemble your own menu, which is either very freeing or a mild anxiety spiral depending on your personality. A city-themed tasting option offers a neatly curated way in. The glass-fronted kitchen gives some tables a front-row seat, and the wine suggestions come from staff who clearly mean them.
