    A husband-and-wife-run restaurant perched above the village, with a garden terrace that earns its keep on a warm evening. The chef cooks the kind of farm-rooted, regional food that sounds simple until it arrives, and the front-of-house warmth is the unforced kind you can't fake. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand. Grenchen isn't exactly a detour people plan, but this place gives them a reason.
