A Michelin-starred French restaurant in a handsome Heemstede townhouse where the foie gras has been on the menu since before you probably finished secondary school, and nobody is apologizing for that. The chef keeps things classic and sauce-forward, letting a main ingredient carry the room without burying it. The owner pours the wine and clearly means it. Dress up a little; this is not the kind of place that takes cards at the counter.
