Chez Chen Wépion
Zhejiang
The dining room runs along the bank of the River Meuse, so every table gets the water. It's a Chinese restaurant focused on Zhejiang cooking, run by the Chen family, and the menu is long in a good way, moving from house-made dim sum through lacquered duck with crispy skin and the pancakes that go with it. Portions are generous, prices are kind, and the Michelin Guide has given it a Bib Gourmand to say so officially.
