A Sichuan Chinese restaurant tucked into a basement on Shinsaibashisuji, where the chef's years training in Hong Kong and Guangzhou show up in dishes that run from regional Chinese classics to dim sum made with the care of someone who learned it properly. The lunch queue forms daily without any apparent coordination. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, which explains the queue if the queue didn't already explain it.
