    Perched at the highest point of Ostuni's whitewashed old town, this contemporary Apulian restaurant sits inside a restored historic residence, with a barrel-vaulted dining room and a small citrus courtyard for summer evenings. The kitchen takes regional ingredients and reworks them with a light, modern hand. The terrace catches the sunset in a way that feels almost unfairly cinematic. Dinner runs formal; lunch shifts to something easier.
