Five rooms, each named for a flower, tucked into a Dordogne valley hotel where the chef grows most of what ends up on the plate. The name means "the act of picking fruit," which tells you exactly where the kitchen's priorities lie. Original stone architecture stays, but the interiors run bright and boutique-luxe. It's a food-and-wine destination first, with rooms that happen to be very nice places to sleep it off.
