A converted textile factory in old Buda, Cut & Barrel fits a wine shop, a serious bar, and a sprawling grill restaurant under the same industrial roof. The owner's own vineyard stocks the cellar alongside bottles from across Hungary, and somewhere near the entrance a Harley and a Rolls Royce share space with the wine racks, which tells you something about the vibe. The menu leans Latin American, but the house charcuterie and Josper-grilled steaks do most of the talking.
