Part deli, part trattoria, Da Burde sits just past the western edge of the city where the tourists thin out. The front counters piled with charcuterie and cheese aren't just decoration; they become the starters. From there it's braised meats, grilled meats, and the bistecca fiorentina as a matter of course.
