Da Marchesi
Regional Italian
A roadside trattoria in the hills above Novafeltria, where the Apennines split Romagna from the Marche and the pasta is rolled by hand every morning. The kitchen follows the seasons and leans hard on local meat and whatever porcini the hills have given up lately. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand, which is their way of saying the food punches well above its price. Bring an appetite and no particular hurry.
