A family-run restaurant and small hotel tucked into the foothills just outside Cuneo, where the kitchen runs a short, seasonal menu with a quietly contemporary edge. A younger chef has brought outside training back to the family table, and the result feels local without being stuck. The room has that particular Piedmontese gravity: unhurried, hospitable, and very serious about lunch.
