A timber hunting lodge with a chestnut-shaded beer garden, Das Jagdhaus is a traditional Bavarian restaurant earning a Michelin Bib Gourmand for regional cooking that takes its sourcing seriously, game very much included. The menu runs from a multi-course set to à la carte, and everything on it comes from within Germany, most of it from the surrounding Alps.
