    The daily-changing set menu keeps things honest at this hotel restaurant inside Das Freiberg, where the kitchen leans Mediterranean with seasonal detours. The à la carte list is short, the wine list is long, and in summer the garden opens up with the Alps doing their thing in the background. Guests who came only for the mountain views tend to linger over dinner longer than planned.
