A small modern restaurant tucked into a side street of Schaffhausen's old town, D'Chuchi runs almost entirely on regional produce, the kind of farm-to-table commitment that sounds like a policy until you taste the local trout. The chef builds seasonal set menus alongside an à la carte, and the regional wine list comes by the glass. Michelin gave it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks: the room is intimate without being precious, and the hospitality is the warm, unforced kind.
