    A former miller's house in the polder countryside, De Kruidenmolen is a contemporary restaurant where the chef has a soft spot for humble, overlooked ingredients and turns them into something worth the detour. The glass-sheltered terrace looks out over flat, unspoiled fields. Inside, it fills up fast at mealtimes, the way a place does when word has long since gotten around.
